Delete your account
You don't need to be signed in, and you don't need the app installed. Fill in the address you signed up with and we'll take it from there.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials, held in Supabase Auth.
- Every call recording and transcript tied to your agents, plus the AI-generated summaries built from them.
- Contacts you imported, the agents you configured, and any voice you cloned.
- Phone numbers and SIM configuration registered to your account.
- Messages routed through the platform on your behalf.
- Your row on the beta waitlist, if you're still on it.
What we keep, and why
- Billing records — invoices and transaction history, which Indian tax law requires us to retain for eight years. These hold no call content.
- Anything under legal hold — if a specific account is subject to an active legal or regulatory process, we retain what that process requires until it ends.
- Backups, briefly — encrypted backups roll off on their own 90-day cycle. Nothing is restored from them into the live system after your deletion completes.
How long it takes
We verify the request came from the account owner, then complete deletion within 30 days. In practice it's usually a few working days. You get an email at each end: one when we receive the request, one when the deletion is done.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account — the data lives on the platform, not on the device. This form is the route that actually removes it.
Other ways to reach us
You can email common@shivankit.com from your account address with the subject “Delete my account”. It goes to the same place and carries the same 30-day commitment.
For what we collect in the first place, see the Privacy Policy and the data safety disclosure.
